Return Policy

Disposables

  • No refunds or exchanges on disposable devices, unless the customer tries it immediately after purchase and finds that it’s defective

Coils/Pods

  • Opened
    • No refunds or exchanges on packs of coils/pods with broken foil seal, unless a coil is defective
  • Unopened
    • Exchanges and refunds permitted within 14 days, provided the pack of coils/pods is unopened
  • Defective
    • Exchanges and refunds permitted within 30 days, provided the coil/pod is defective and the tank is otherwise working properly

Devices

  • Opened
    • No refunds or exchanges on open devices, unless they are defective and haven’t been dropped
  • Unopened
    • Exchanges and refunds permitted within 14 days, provided the device is unopened
  • Defective
    • Exchanges and refunds permitted within 30 days, provided the device is defective and hasn’t been dropped
    • For defective devices purchased more than 30 days prior, employees should direct the customer to contact the manufacturer of the device and inquire about a warranty claim

Tanks/RDAs/etc

  • Opened/Used
    • No refunds on used tanks
  • Unopened
    • Exchanges and refunds permitted within 14 days for unopened tanks
  • Not Operating Properly
    • Employees should attempt to troubleshoot and fix tanks that are not operating properly (leaking, bad hits, etc)
    • Credit of 50% permitted for the purchase of another tank within 7 days on used tanks, provided the tank is not operating properly, cannot be fixed by the employee, and hasn’t been dropped
    • For tanks that are not operating properly that were purchased more than 7 days prior, if the employee cannot fix the problem, then the customer should be directed to contact the manufacturer of the tank and inquire about a warranty claim
  • Defective
    • Exchanges and refunds permitted within 30 days, provided the tank has a manufacturer’s defect and hasn’t been dropped
    • For tanks with manufacturer’s defects that were purchased more than 30 days prior, employees should direct the customer to contact the manufacturer of the device and inquire about a warranty claim

Juice

  • Opened
    • No refunds or exchanges on open juice, unless the juice is obviously bad in some way
  • Unopened
    • Exchanges and refunds permitted within 14 days, provided the juice is unopened and sealed

Batteries

  • No refunds or exchanges on batteries under any circumstances
